The DIGIBAGO (Digitalization of Information and Promotion of Bagorejo Village’s Potential) program is a collaborative initiative between KKN-UMD students of the University of Jember, PT Digital Desa Indonesia, and the Government of Bagorejo Village aimed at addressing the digital divide, low information transparency, and limited promotion of local potential. The choice of this topic was driven by the absence of an official village website and an integrated information system accessible to the public, resulting in information dissemination that still relies on conventional methods. The implementation method adopted the Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Technology Transfer Approach (TTA) frameworks, involving stages of observation, collaboration with technical partners, technical training, data collection, as well as socialization and assistance in website management. The results demonstrated significant improvements in public information access, community participation, and the market reach of local products through the Beli dari Desa (Buy from Village) e-commerce feature. This program is not only a short-term intervention but is also designed for sustainability through the establishment of an independent village management team. In conclusion, DIGIBAGO has the potential to serve as a replicable model for inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable digital village development.
