Stunting is one of the main health problems in Indonesia which has an impact on children's physical growth and cognitive development. Based on 2023 Geographic Difficulty Index (IKG) data obtained from the Jambesari Community Health Center, the incidence of stunting in Bondowoso Regency was 234 toddlers with Grujugan Lor village as the village contributing the highest number of stunting, namely 52 toddlers. The aim of conducting Emotional Demonstration (Emo-Demo)-based education about balanced meal portions for toddlers is to increase knowledge and understanding so that it can reduce the stunting rate in Grujugan Lor Village, Jambesari District, Bondowoso Regency, which is still relatively high. The method used in this activity is Emotional Demonstration (Emo-Demo) PORTION (Balanced Portion of Toddler Nutrition) whose targets are 11 mothers of toddlers in the Grujugan Lor Posyandu Working Area. This activity is in partnership with Posyandu Grujugan Lor, with the help of village midwives. Implementation of activities starts from filling in the attendance list, working on the pre-test, implementing Emo-Demo education, providing feedback, working on the post-test, and closing. From the results of the pre-test data analysis, a score of 90% was obtained, which then increased to 100% in the post-test, which shows an increase in the understanding of mothers of toddlers about the importance of giving balanced portions. The results of the paired sample T-test show a significant value (p-value = 0.001), which indicates a change in knowledge after the implementation of the emo demo. The PORTIONS (Balanced Portion of Toddler Nutrition) demo activity succeeded in increasing the knowledge of mothers of toddlers regarding the importance of providing balanced portions of food for toddlers.
