One important aspect of Balinese life is the existence of upakara or traditional ceremonial facilities that include various types of traditional snacks. Pasung is one type of traditional snack that not only has spiritual value, but also plays a role in preserving cultural heritage that has been passed down from generation to generation. However, in practice, the production of pasung snacks still faces various obstacles, such as limited skills in the processing process, and a lack of innovation in packaging, as well as challenges in product marketing. Paiketan Krama Istri Anggrek Banjar Badung Group in Melinggih Village is a group that has the potential to be empowered in the production of traditional pasung snacks. This activity aims to improve the skills of members in processing traditional pasung snacks according to good quality standards, introduce innovative packaging, and open economic opportunities for the community. The method of implementation of this activity is through training, demonstrations, processing assistance, and innovative packaging of traditional pasung snacks. The result of this community service activity is that the Melinggih village community, particularly the Paiketan Krama Istri Anggrek Banjar Badung Group, is able to process pasung snacks according to quality standards and innovative packaging designs.
