Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, implemented through the Community Service Program (KKN). The Collaborative KKN program was conducted in Karangsari Village, Sukodono District, Lumajang Regency, from July 16 to August 9, 2025, involving 13 students from 5 universities. Activities focused on three main work programs: (1) establishing a Cheerful Literacy Corner, (2) science and English classes for fifth-grade elementary school students, and (3) creating a village map. As a result, the literacy corner successfully provided a collection of readable books in the village PKK room; the classes increased students' self-confidence and understanding through interactive methods; and a digital village map showing boundaries and public facilities was installed in the village hall. This program demonstrates that the Collaborative KKN program can provide comprehensive, sustainable solutions, improving literacy, educational capacity, and the quality of village information.
